The rider defended himself, explaining that he had simply followed the destination displayed on the Rapido app. "I was going by the app. The app showed this as the drop location, so I brought you here," he said.
As the argument continued, another man, who was recording the incident, repeatedly told the woman to make the payment for the ride. Irritated by his intervention, the passenger asked him to keep quiet. The exchange then escalated, with the man raising his voice and insisting that she pay the fare before leaving.
The woman eventually took out her phone, scanned the rider's QR code and completed the payment. Even after paying, she continued arguing with both the rider and the man recording the incident before walking away from the spot.
Sharing the video, the X account wrote, "A heated argument between a Rapido rider and a woman passenger over the drop-off location was caught on camera."
