The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 comes in a single 47mm variant and carries a price tag of Rs 69,999. Buyers can choose between Titanium Silver and Titanium Gray finishes. Samsung has opened pre-orders from July 22, and deliveries will begin from August 7.

The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 packs an 800mAh battery, a noticeable jump from the 590mAh unit on the previous model. Even with the larger battery, Samsung has reduced the thickness of the watch from 12.1mm to 10.7mm, making it slimmer without increasing its weight.
It features a 47mm titanium case and a 1.52-inch OLED display with a peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits, making the screen easier to read even under direct sunlight. The smartwatch is powered by Qualcomm's 3nm Snapdragon Wear Elite chipset and comes with 2GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It runs One UI 9 Watch out of the box.

The watch can automatically detect when a dive begins and record depth, underwater duration and water temperature. Samsung says a new Diving app, developed with scuba equipment company Mares, will arrive later this year with features such as ascent and descent speed tracking and safe dive limits.
For outdoor workouts, the watch includes Trail Run tracking, which records climbing progress, elevation and terrain impact. It also offers real-time hydration guidance by estimating sweat loss during exercise.
